Updated weekly and fully renewed every 4 – 6 weeks, designed with efficiency . We’ll maximize results without having to train for long times.

Every program has 2 – 6 sessions per week and always includes:

A Main Goal :
ex. Fat loss | Muscle building | Body recomposition (Toning up) | Strength | Rehab | General well-being 

A Performance Goal :
ex. 1x Push up | 1x Pull up | Lifting  an adult’s bodyweight in a squat | Run 5k | Etc..

On top of what we review during the sessions, you’ll get access to our Online Community Portal. There you can submit your videos for technical feedback from your coach 24/7  + expand your knowledge from the feedback given to your fellow members of the community too.

Teaching you how to perform the exercise with the best possible form is what we really are known for.

Building a great technique over just “lifting more weight” will :

We deliver flexible diets based on tracking Macronutrients that will:

Vanessa truly helped me changed my life for the better. Coming from someone who suffered from eating disorders all her life I turned to Vanessa after reading about her struggles growing up too. I had a lot of fears and struggles but Vanessa provided all the support and encouragement I needed. I’d been to other PT’s in the past who didn’t have the knowledge and understandings of eating disorders and unfortunately didn’t help me at all. Vanessa explained the science behind weight lifting and hypertrophy, pushing me past my limits during the workouts and helping me build crazy amounts of muscle in a short time. I chose to do a 6 month 1 to 1 programme and have achieved results I never thought were possible. As cliche as it sounds but my life has truly changed as I don’t have a eating disorder anymore. I eat to fuel my body and enjoy and embrace every single meal. I had an eating disorder for over 10 years and only after turning to Vanessa has my life changed for the better. If you are someone who is struggling with building muscle, needs support with workouts/weight lifting or struggle with disordered eating and want to recover Vanessa is absolutely the right person to turn to. Vanessa has a way of getting the absolute most out of me and getting me to try harder than I ever have before.
